Once again we find ourselves turning into the depths of a very important season of this year. It is the time that Christ came to earth to dwell among men – Emmanuel – God with us!
Christmas is almost upon us.
He loved us enough to come to us, live with us and eventually die for us. That powerful Godly love provided us the strength of Resurrection and the hope of The Second Coming. As we ponder the miracle of His Conception, that God could become like man and live among us; let us remember the hope of Resurrection.
Life is so important.
God has provided us with breath.
He gave us the sacred gift of time.
As we drink in more of this season of celebrating that Jesus Christ became The Light of the World; let us also drink in more and more of His Holy Spirit. May it saturate our every move and open up every opportunity to becoming what seems impossible – peace on earth!
As you walk through a fallen world this season remember the words of Jesus:
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. (John 14:27)
As we walk through the turbulent waters of 2023; let’s remember what Jesus told us. As long as He is with us we will have peace, no matter our circumstances.
We are not facing a political battle this year; we are facing the biggest spiritual battle that ever hit the earth. Take the peace of Jesus with you where ever you decide to go.
If we all walk around and share God’s peace; the land will learn to rest from wars. Men will open their eyes and the enemy will be defeated.
And that is what I wish for the amazing readers of this blogging community as we enter the season the world calls Christmas; The peace of Christ to fall on each and every home and for that peace to spread throughout the whole earth.
