SHARING THE LOVE
Sometimes the world feels very small and then you find someone who agrees with your thoughts and ideas and it feels all warm and cozy yet, so full of spacious room for others (even if their views are different.) Just being accepted by one helps a lot along the way. So why not spend November opening up our hearts and allowing room for others to grow. Who knows; we might just grow a little too!
We all need to make purchases from time-to-time; no matter our lifestyles and ideologies; here are a few items you might want to consider for this month of November:
OUR VERY OWN FIRST PUBLISHED BOOK!
You may have guessed that our first recommendation would be our own product; the new book called THE GOSPEL HIDDEN IN GENESIS (BOOK ONE OF TWO.)
This new book is a compilation of our COME AS A CHILD Bible Study Lessons on Genesis. The first book continues from Creation until the life of Joseph. The last half of our Genesis lessons will be summarized and published as a sequel to this book hopefully by late fall.
Of course we point out all the ways that the Gospel hides in the first book of the bible; and we try to present it in a conversational style that is simple and easy to follow.
We want you to come to this reading with the heart of a child seeking to know their father better and to move closer to His ways of living. Please just set aside your preconceived concepts and let God speak to you as we move along.
We hope when you have read all the way through; you will feel as close to the characters of Genesis as we did when we wrote it. The lives of Adam and Eve, Cain and Able, Enoch, Noah, Ham, Shem and Japeth, as well as Nahor, Abraham, Sarah, Hagar, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob and all of his twelve sons come to life in living color in this first half of this study of Genesis.
We highly recommend reading only a few chapters at a time; then putting the book down for a day and letting the stories savor in your mind, then moving on to the next few chapters after pondering the elements of the last story.
In other words; you really don’t want to try to take all of these stories in at one sitting; just relax, mull over each simple but full chapter, and come back to finish the rest when it has had time to jell in your brain. We expect your horizons toward Genesis to be slowly expanded and hope you end the book with amazing assurance of God’s good work in our daily lives.
