St. Patrick’s Day is almost here! March 17th is always the date.
Do you have plans for celebrating?
SO MUCH CONFUSION ABOUT THIS SAINT
Are you aware of the true story of St. Patrick? There are so many conflicting stories out there. It is hard to know the truth about this “so called” Saint. Was he Catholic? Was he Protestant? The stories are all different depending on who you speak with.
If you are planning to celebrate something significant; it is a great idea to check out the truth of why you are doing so. These days it is so easy to get caught up in the ritual and fanfare of the world.
The thing about St. Patrick that makes him so special is that his suffering brought him to Christ; and he then began to share God’s Kingdom and the Gospel with what eventually brought salvation to a whole country.
A MAN WHO KNEW GOD
Who cares whether he was Catholic or Protestant? He learned from life and spent years spreading God’s Word. That is what really matters about St. Patrick.
The superstitious things that have crept into the day need to be overlooked. Christians live by God’s grace, mercy, provision, and blessings; not “good luck.”
Here are a few past articles to help flavor your day. We hope you enjoy them as you appreciate the Christian point of view of St. Patrick.

I gave you my thoughts above; now you have even more to ponder. Choose what you wish to think about the life and times of St. Patrick for yourself. Of course; I recommend that you pray for God to lead you into the right choice.
A saint by any other name would still be a Saint – right? Let’s chew up the meat and spit out the bones – there was a lot of good about this fellow no matter what group of people he originated from. In the end; after the resurrection of the Saints, I’ll bet we will all see him in God’s Kingdom still happily doing God’s work.
By the way; you are never going to find a pot of gold at the end of that rainbow; and there are no little green men who know how to do it. The truth is that rainbow represents a statement that I’ve blogged about over and over again. It has turned into one of my most profound statements; “God always keeps His promises.”
HAPPY ST. PARTICK’S DAY EVERYONE!!!
