The title explains exactly what I’m doing; publishing a year’s worth of healthy tips and useful information that we can slowly begin to implement into our lives one day at a time.
But first; let’s take a few moments to explore why I’ve decided to write it all down for the whole wide world to read.
WHY WRITE ABOUT HEALTHIER LIVING?
You are probably shaking your head and asking; does everything you do have to be a public event and/or a group venture?
Why don’t I just go quietly about this business of trying to remain healthy and simply continue implementing my health research findings on my own; like the rest of the NORMAL world?
Do I HAVE to write about EVERYTHING that I do?
I”m often asked that question. The short answer is;
YES!!!
I’m a writer; I’ve found my life’s purpose in writing and sharing my thoughts with others; and (for me) that is SO HEALTHY.
In this particular case it is healthy for me; (as I totally intend to take my own advice as I research, experiment and write down the facts I discover); and it could also turn out to be healthy for you too; if you chose to read on.
Win/Win.
I love when that happens!
Writing; for me, is simply the first part of EVERYTHING.
SO MANY REASONS
So, please don’t laugh; but the rest of the long answer to the above question is actually a blog post all unto itself. As a matter of fact (don’t laugh again); that answer is so complex that it will take seven whole separate posts! This is just the first one.

ANY JOURNEY IS BETTER WITH A FRIEND AT YOUR SIDE
We will get to know one another better as I give the long answers. That will be a great way for us to start this journey.
I’m very interested in who you are, and where you want to go with this adventure toward better health. I also want to share a bit of my own personal life; the parts that make me think about positive moves toward a better, healthier lifestyle.
Let’s just start out by covering the reasons I have for sharing this information; like an introduction of sorts; then we will move on and become much more specific with the 365 healthy life-changing suggestions.
You will get a complete vision of where I am going with this; and know where the information is coming from and why I chose the specific information that I chose to make in these health related comments.
You will also quickly realize and grasp the fact that it is a very lofty goal we are seeking; yet it can be a fun, exciting and rewarding adventure; especially if we do it together and share our thoughts and discoveries along the way.
KNOWING “WHY” YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING MATTERS
At the end of these posts of introduction you will be more fully informed and you will totally understand the whole concept of how important this task truly is for improving the days of our lives. Every day is precious. Let’s take nothing of value for granted.

There are numerous reasons that people have for seeking a healthy lifestyle; all of them are awesome to ponder and well worth thinking about. I promise not one reason will be the same; and this will keep us all focused on the goal right from the very beginning of this illusive and interesting journey.
Knowing exactly why you are doing something is always the best place to start.
So for now; I just want to say “thanks” for holding my hand and joining in with me on this “perfectly healthy” new adventure of The IN SEASON Lifestyle; where we continue living inside out and upside down.
