COCONUT FAT IS SPECIAL
Medium chain fatty acids are digested different from large chain fatty acids. It metabolizes straight to your liver, where it is turned into ketone bodies. Ketone bodies can have a therapeutic effect on brain disorders like epilepsy and Alzheimer’s.
COCONUTS MAKE ENERGY
Fatty acids from coconuts also provide quick energy to your body which energizes you and makes you more active.

Almost 50% of the fatty acids in coconut oil is of the 12-carbon called Lauric Acid.
When coconut oil is digested, it forms a monoglyceride called monolaurin.
Both lauric acid and monolaurin can kill harmful pathogens like bacteria, viruses and fungi.

These properties of the coconut also have an appetite reducing effect on people, making them feel less hungry, so they eat less after ingesting it. Eating coconut is so much better than taking diet pills – so stop that bad habit and just eat some coconut!
