“I have forged many things that I believe to be things of great beauty. Yet if God is not a part of them, they are entirely counterfeit and I have been robbed blind by the work of my own hands.”
― (Craig D. Lounsbrough, Flecks of Gold on a Path of Stone: Simple Truths for Profound Living)
Fall;10,000 REASONS TO CELEBRATE THE SEASON
In Autumn
by Winifred C. Marshall
They’re coming down in showers,
The leaves all gold and red;
They’re covering the little flowers,
And tucking them in bed
They’ve spread a fairy carpet
All up and down the street;
And when we skip along to school,
they rustle ‘neath our feet
FALL HAYSTACKS
“Autumn … the year’s last, loveliest smile.” — (William Cullen Bryant)
REMEMBER TO KEEP THE FEAST OF TABERNACLES
Deuteronomy 16:13-15; Celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles for seven days after you have gathered the produce of your threshing floor and your winepress. Be joyful at your Feast – you, your sons and daughters, your menservants and maidservants, and the Levites, the aliens, the fatherless and the widows who live in your towns. For seven days celebrate the Feast of the LORD your God at the place the LORD will choose. For the LORD your God will bless you in all your harvest and in all the work of your hands, and your joy will be complete.
